Beginning and Check-In
Expect the group to begin at 10 a.m. unless otherwise stated in our program. You can register between 9 a.m. and 9.45 a.m. It is very important to bring a copy of your money transfer or, in case of online banking, a copy of your bank statement showing deposits made.

Please attach to your registration form a copy of your bank/postal transfer. In case of online banking, please attach a copy of your bank statement. You are responsible for any fees imposed on payments from abroad.
Very important: Please note the name and date of the group on your registration form and money transfer. You can pay by ec-card. For a small additional charge, you can pay for Trainings and Intensives in installments.

Cancellation
When you cancel providing two weeks or more advance notice, we will charge a fee of € 30,-.
When you cancel providing 48 hours notice, we will retain the down payment.
For all other cancellations, you will be charged the full amount of the training. Once an event has begun, refunds will not be given for any reason, even if you leave the event early.
We reserve the right to annul a booking should we determine that an event is unsuitable for a participant. Should this happen, the participant will be refunded any deposits made.
